Possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had what happend to giant slices that this franchise was known for slices are small as crap no cheese what you guys trying to save money what a joke and did I mention the way overpriced slices that are just half crust have pizza lmao absolutely a joke please avoid this place …
I had one of the best pizzas ever, it was amazing. their work is professional and precise delivering the best in the shortest time. the place is spotlessly clean and the staff is friendly. everything I needed was provided, when I question about the price and menu everything was quickly provided to me. the pizza and the staff gave me the best experience ever.
I recently ordered 5 party sizes pizza and chicken wings for my daughter birthday, Raffi was super , from A to Z , he recommended options and was helping deciding how many pizzas we need and he was spot on, I paid upfront for everything....he messaged me a day before to confirm that everything is good from their end, he didn't even wait for me to do that, I recommend this place , soulayman the other staff today was super friendly as well and my order was accurate... the price was very competitive .I suggest you giving this place a try...you won't regret it
The worst of all the fast food pizza joints. I had a bad experience just before Christmas for a family gathering, complained because it was late, cold and overcooked. I did get a minor credit that didn't cover my next order, I hoped it would restore my faith. Sadly not, same deal, cold, overcooked and burnt wedges. So sad as the Aurora pizzaville was my go to, but the Newmarket 1 sucks! I'd take a no-name frozen pizza over this. I think I got 2 whole pieces of Basil too!
My husband picked up panzorotti tonight they were very dry all the sauce leaked out and they were well done they were not edible. We reordered them after second attempt with customer service and drove from Holland Landing to new market to pick them up when I went into the store to show the fellow in charge the food he said there was nothing wrong with it and kept waving his hand at me saying that it was fine and there was nothing wrong with it I said the food is disgusting and we can’t eat it why are you arguing with me I wouldn’t drive all the way here if the food was good we’ve been coming here for many years since Our kids were little the man was Argumentative rude and told me I should be grateful for living in Canada he did finally replace them and I asked him to throw in some drinks for our inconvenience he said no people are starving in Africa I am appalled by his behaviour and I’m looking for someone from head office to contact me! Will never Go to this location again
ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!!! Got a walk-in special Large 3 topping!!! The workers and owner are PHENOMENAL. Got pizza in less than 15 mins. SUPER FRESH slammed my pizza with toppings. My new pizza spot!!! Love you guys and good to see good service still exists in these crazy times! ALL LOVE❤?
The employees are really nice, the pizza is always done on time or a little early, and they always make the best quality pizza. I always have a good experience with these guys.
