Wonderful service and final product! The process was very thorough and I was taken through each step to make sure that I not only understood each decision, but that the frames would be to my liking. I could not have been more pleased by each step. And the frames turned out incredibly. I will definitely be using them again!
I love filling my home with art. It brings me a great deal of joy to have my son’s art framed and hung on display! The folks at the Picture Factory Warehouse know just how to bring out the best in drawings, painting and artists! Care and attention was given to ensure that the viewer is drawn into the frame, directly to the heart and feeling of each image. From skilled questions about where the image will be hung, to budget, to glare… so many things were considered that a less skilled framer wouldn’t ask. They also have an extensive collection of art for purchase. I look forward to my next project!
This is the only place I trust to get my diplomas framed! The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on what frames and mats would look best. She took her time with me and made sure to show me as many options as I’d like. I am very excited to see the final product. They also have a lovely gift shop and art gallery. I would recommend this place to anyone as there is something there for everyone!
Unfortunate. We have come here in the past for various framing jobs and they have always done a wonderful job. I came back because I wanted to support a local place. I went in to pick up our order and they looked great but one of the fames was dented in three spots. When we showed them, the woman working there said they would replace it. Then the owner got involved. He was pushy and overbearing and has no idea how to deal with a customer. My husband inquired about a discount because of the inconvenience of having to come back again for the fixed frame. The owner then told us we had to either by both or none. He tried to tell us because the frames are wood they can be dented. Personally I think when you buy something it shouldn't start out damaged. He was unhinged and totally turned us off this place. Its too bad. I think the staff are great and they do some good work.
