My husband took a desktop computer in for updates to windows 11 and office, The staff opened the side of the computer and was told not a problem cost $200.00 picked the computer up hooked it all back up unbelievable slow and unworkable brought it back 2 more times with same results and was told not enough Ram.This is now ready for the scrap pile at least they could have offered a refund, don't make the same mistake and take it to a more reputable company.
This shop is amazing. They opened my xbox rog ally X and changed the drive with ease and at a good price. Even geek squad couldn’t do it . Highly recommend them
I was given a quote TWICE for a repair and after they finished fixing it they changed the price. Was originally quoted $70 and it changed to $102. Do not go here you will regret it
They were open on Sunday to take my call and answer questions. I dropped off my Nintendo Switch on Monday and got a call 40 minutes later that it was ready. So happy with the speed of service and results. Great job, guys.
Fixed screen after one day didn't work properly then wanted me to come back with a new screen I didn't have time to waste so they gave me my money back but put on a broken screen on and took the new screen off so I'm still left with a broken screen they should of took the loss and just made me keep the screen they gave me but didn't this is why I'm writing a bad review so I'm back to square one
It’s 11:10am on Friday, my phone screen cracked at work and I got a ride from a coworker at 10 when they said they open online. I’ve been sitting on the stairs outside for over an hour because my screen won’t let me access certain areas and I can’t call an uber. They say they’ve been open since 10 and it’s a ghost town, and I’m cold. Update: Had to find my way to another store kilometres away in the cold. Got my screen fixed, then this store called me at 12:30 with an employee apologizing saying he got pulled over for speeding, meaning he couldn’t have been on the way as Google claimed they were open. He asked if I can please remove my review so he doesn’t get in trouble, but the delay and lack of a device to communicate got me in trouble with my own supervisor. Very selfish and disappointing experience.
