I moved from a national chain to Robins at the start of the pandemic when I needed a specific brand I could only find through IDA at the time. Since then I have moved my entire family there. We have been very happy with the excellent service. They really seem to know and care about their clients and we love supporting a small business.
Nothing but good things to say about the pharmacists at this place! They are very attentive , friendly, polite, patient with all my calls and questions. They have been taking care of my Dad’s meds for the past 2 years now and even though it gets complicated sometimes, they are always on it! Their delivery service is also great . Thank you!!

*EVERYONE PLEASE READ!!!*. I have going here for 26 years probably a little bit longer because my mom is the reason why I went here. We have always encountered wonderful greetings while walking into the store, they are always dusting the shelves cleaning putting new products up and making it look really nice in there. If you need help the front desk is always very willing to help with a pleasant attitude. Now when it comes to the pharmacy....... I'm not sure the words that I will use but I definitely must say that they have always gone above and beyond and even beyond that to be helpful, easy to talk to. It's kind of like they are friends and it's hard to find people in workplaces like this these days, they actually listen to the things that you have to say and address the concerns in a proper manner. I definitely would say that I have way more respect and trust for the pharmacist that used to be there and the ones that are there now over any doctor and I think them so much for caring and helping with my family and myself. They are very helpful fast and make things easier for you they are the best pharmacy in town and I will never ever go anywhere else and in my opinion everybody should do the same. Xoxo
Robin's carries on the tradition of caring community health providers while injecting an exciting flourish provided by new ownership. The greetings are as warm as they have always been but there is a new crispness to the service. The pharmacists and staff provide a warm network of professional support and can handle almost any situation. Service is prompt and dependable. Robin's Procare Pharmacy is an indispensable contributor to my healthcare team.
I switch to Robins from Shoppers Drug Mart and am SO glad that I did. Fast and wonderfully friendly service. When I call to request a refill I get a real person on the phone not an automated system and I always get my prescription filled quickly and get a courtesy call when it’s ready. I get to speak with a pharmacist every time I pick up my refills and they check up on me, asking how I’m doing on the medication and if I have any questions. Thank you Robins staff for being wonderful and keep up the great work! :)
On Monday June 19 this store apparently had a sign out front that said that they were undergoing air conditioning repair and that they would be closed for 15 minutes. Unfortunately I wear glasses and I did not have my glasses that day I was confronted by a very mean lady who asked me what do I want and can I not read the sign. She was very rude and I nicely explain to her that I cannot see very well I do not have my glasses and then she asked me what do I want I explained to her I really need to speak to the pharmacist. She told me to leave and come back later I was shocked at how rude she was and she is the manager she should be ashamed I will never be going there again and I live 5 minutes walking distance away I am absolutely appalled she made me feel very very bad about myself like almost like I was stupid or something. No business owner should ever treat an employee that way or a customer I recommend never ever going through this place ever for anything go somewhere else absolutely horrible experience.
