On two separate occasions I was sent the wrong fragrances. I ordered Calvin Klein Eternity for Men Parfum and a few weeks later I placed another order for Versace Eros Parfum. Both times I was sent the Eau de Parfum versions of the fragrances. The first time, I was given a discount code in lieu of the error. The second time this happened, the owner was only willing to provide a 5% discount on a future order. I felt this was not adequate enough considering it would amount to fewer than $5 off an order of less than $100. I suggest double checking your items when they arrive. Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Great prices, good selection, if you are new to cologne definitely buy from a store like this instead of a normal retail store like shoppers, Sephora, Hudson Bay. Just smell whatever designer fragrance you want at a retailer and then buy it from here for cheaper. Never had a problem with buying something from here, and I have bought 6 colognes at this place. Will be continuing to buy my cologne from here, unless they don’t supply it.

I found this company on google and realized it was in a city north of where I lived. I decided to drive there to see the store in person and make a purchase. Before making my purchase, I browsed the large selection the store had on display. I had a number of questions regarding how the store acquired their products and how they sold them for such a great price, but also asked for some education on the difference between EDP, EDT, Perfume and Cologne. The owner of the store was more than glad to educate me and explained to me the various differences. Before making my very expensive purchase of three brand name scents, the owner showed me some imitation perfumes that were similar to the brands I was about to purchase. He gave me the opportunity to buy cheaper imitations rather than go for the more expensive brands. In the end, I purchased the more expensive brand-name bottles instead - TF Tobacco Vanille, CD Sauvage and VR SpiceBomb Extreme. I highly recommend purchasing from them and if you live in the greater Toronto area, you should visit in person - they have a lot to offer!
I ordered the Lattafah Khamrah perfume from this store online. Process was simple and easy. Received the perfume within 48 hours so I am extremely happy about the efficient and quick process. I’m very happy with the packaging of the perfume as the box was in excellent condition. Will definitely continue to do business with the Fragrance Shop but would love it if Afterpay or Klarna could be offered as a payment option.
