Helpful staff. Great selection. People in the reviews complain about the prices. Well, what do you expect from big box stores! Want cheaper helium balloons, but them and inflate them yourself!
It’s my cousins wedding in less than 24 hrs and sh payed around 150 $ for three sets of balloons and they gave them to her as you will see in the picture messed and a lot more stress on her plate now that she needs to fix this do NOT GET BALLOONS HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT I WOULD GIVE 0 stars if I could
Makyla is so helpful. She helped me to move the balloons easier with her recommendations and she is much more responsive and friendly than many other party city employees
Not the same place it used to be. Shelves are half empty, the store is a mess with stuff on the floor. I found what I was looking for, but it's bare minimum inventory.
Staff is not helpful at all, it took me 5 minutes just to find someone on the floor and when I asked for help she said "I would love to help but I need to clock in" which I had no issue with. But I stood there waiting for her to come back and she just continued talking with other cashiers and didn't come back to help. The item I was looking for was in stock according to the website but I searched the whole store and couldn't find it so I ended up leaving empty handed.
Terrible experience. My sister and I went to party city this morning with our little girls to grab a couple items. It was very early.. not alot of people in the store at all. My sister has a medical condition and didn't wear a mask. As I wore one. We kept our distance. No one was near us at all. The manager came and kicked my sister out with her 1 year old daughter. Sherry the manager was very rude and inappropriate. My sister took her daughter and waited at the front door while I was checking out and the manager told the cashier NOT TO CASH ME OUT! I had a mask and was following protocol. The cashier was very nice and didn't listen and did the RIGHT THING and cashed me out. Sherry has the worst customer service. Unreal what you need to deal with when it comes down to all these Covid restrictions!! As If my sister and her 1 year old were doing the worst thing ever. The way she followed them out and told the cashier not to serve me either. Incredible. Sherry, you should not be in customer service!! You are not meant for the position you were handed. You could have dealt with the situation in a much better manor. The lady at cash should take your place as manager !!! Thank you to the lady who cashed me out. It was very appreciated.
Went for special Easter items, got what I could use. In and out in 20 minutes. It took that long just to find the items. No wsiting in line for cashier. Cashier was very friendly.
