Excellent Experience with Dr. Brian and the Entire Team I had an outstanding experience at this clinic. Dr. Brian is truly a doctor with golden hands — the entire procedure took only a few minutes and was done with such precision and confidence that I felt completely at ease. He is not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the process. The staff, including the nurses and reception, are just as wonderful. They are very caring, patient, and always go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and supported. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive care in the chair, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional, compassionate, and efficient dental care. Dr. Brian and his team are simply the best!
I had my appointment yesterday to get my lower wisdom tooth extracted as it was giving me a hard time. At first there was slight miscommunication on whether I’d be able to get it done when I went (even though I was told I would and had the appointment for X-ray & the extraction) Anyhow, given as it was also a busy Friday morning at the office, it was understandable. Thankfully though, with the front desk being so accommodating, They were able to fit me in for both the X-ray & the extraction. Thanks especially to Angie & Dr. Davenport for being so reassuring and helping me through this as I was already pretty nervous! Dr. Brian Wong was absolutely amazing as well, I was shocked how smoothly and painlessly the tooth was extracted. The nurses helped post surgery and even gave me an After-Care package to help my healing process. The entire staff are extremely attentive to their patients. Will be returning for sure.
I had a infected tooth extracted and implant. My tooth extraction was accommodated on short notice and Dr. Wong did an excellent job removing the tooth and providing detailed direction of follow-up care. After the site had time to heal I had an implant installed and Dr. Moore and staff did a great job making me comfortable with the procedure. The staff was very friendly and punctual.
Very professional experience. Clearly explained procedure at pre-surgery appointment. Day of surgery was well planned and executed by the team. I appreciated all the information I received for post-surgery care. I'd rate it a 10 out of 10 experience!
Amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone in the facility is as so wonderful, caring, informative and genuine. They took amazing care of my daughter and ensured she was aware of everything being done. Dr. More also called at 8:00 pm to check up on my daughter, there is not many Dr.'s like that around anymore! If oral surgery is needed I would definitely recommend Newmarket oral Surgery.
Exceptional!!! From the first consultation visit to the actual surgery, all staff are very helpful, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. We were greeted with warm office staff, Angie and Shelley are very helpful and accommodating. Great first impression of the office and staff. Dr. Brian Wong is an exceptional dental surgeon. He is very detail, patience, informative and compassionate. He executed my son’s tooth extraction flawlessly and my 13 year old is happy to recommend him as well. We will definitely be requesting his services again for wisdom teeth extraction in the future. His experience shows in his work and his caring nature really helped calm a nervous mom. The nurses were also very helpful and informative. Amazing experience and will definitely recommend to all friends and family.
I had the best possible experience here. I only got the bottom two wisdom teeth removed, but have never had a surgery, or IV in my arm, before- so I was quite nervous. Recovery was pretty fast: I was back to work in two days. My pain was only there for the first three days and I didn't feel it much as I took the Toradol that was provided. I do recommend eating a lot of purees and popsicles but the nurse will go over everything with you after the procedure. Thank you so much to Dr. Wong and his entire team! I will probably be back to get the other two wisdom teeth out soon :)
