Very poor service. The server was on a personal speakerphone call when we entered and continued the call while taking our order, serving customers, and even from the back of the store while we ate. We had to wait for her to finish speaking to her friend before being helped. The wrong sauce was added to our order, and the phone call was so loud we didn’t even realize music was playing. Extremely unprofessional experience.
We ordered crunchy chicken bowl, it tasted really good. They use good quality chicken and vegetables. The servers are really sweet. They welcomed us with a smile, helped us to choose the sauces and toppings. Overall a very good meal experience.
Been going a few weeks now and have never been dissatisfied a single time. Clean store, friendly staff & delicious food. One particular staff member delivers above and beyond service every single time & always makes me want to come back. Thank you Darishan! Will be coming back again :)
I used to like the food, chips are unsalted and my girlfriends portion was 1 tbp (non heaping) per taco of pulled pork. With that ratio I bet they use the same batch for 2 weeks before they make more. Pretty gross. Anyways that what she asked for and now I have to deal with a upset girlfriend. Never going back if you cant even make someone with a very easy pallet to be happy. Have a good day I doubt this business will survive if they treat others like this.
