Had a horrible experience here. 1. If you have someone waiting in the car, they’ll be waiting for a long time 2. I waited inside for two customers and that took so long the person next was huffing and puffing. 3. I asked the gentleman if there was more staff to help, there was not. He was doing the cooking, preparing and cashing out. 4. When I was served, A) I ordered a beef bowl and fries. The pinto beans did not look fresh, it looked like mush. B) my fries were still raw after 2 minutes. Than the server told me they are supposed to be cooked for four minutes. Why did he give me the fries if they were not cooked! 5. When I asked for a refund for the fries and just to get nachos.. he said it was the same price difference. When I told him I didn’t trust him, he just stood there trying to lie and convince me. When I finally got the new bill there was a $3.80 difference. 6. Check your change because the man gave me back a toonie and I called the manager and told her that they still owed me $1.80. 7. By the time I got out of there it was 40 minutes that passed and I went back inside and asked for a refund. They didn’t even want to give me a receipt to show they refunded me back my cash. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Food is always absolutely fantastic, and the employees are always friendly and personable. My boyfriend and I always come to this location when we want Barburrito- it’s the best one!!
Great place to grab a bowl. I tried their Crunchy Chicken bowl and wrap with all toppings and sauces and it was the perfect post-work meal. The staff is kind and generous with the servings. They brought hot and fresh food which made the bowl even better. However, the Barbacoa Burrito is still #1.
Somewhere in here is a great review from me for when this place first opened, as it was great!! NOW, it's HORRIBLE. this is my third time in a row going in and getting rude service and cold food that's made wrong. I won't be returning or recommending this place any longer.
Actually was extremely good. Well spiced, toppings were fresh, and the meat on the wrap was delicious and Customer service was awesome and workers were VERY knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and friendly.
