They took the time to explain each step of the process, which helped ease my anxiety. The facility was clean, modern, and my results came back quickly. Great experience for an x ray with appointment for my elderly mother. Technician was patient and accommodating in helping her be as comfortable as possible with myself and husband assisting with transfers. Will always choose CVL for x rays!
I recently visited this laboratory for two ultrasounds and an X-ray, and I had a really great experience from start to finish. It was my first time there, and Shana helped me through the whole process—she was kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. Every tech I interacted with was equally nice and attentive, always making sure I was okay and at ease during each appointment. What really impressed me was the punctuality—they called me in exactly at my scheduled time for all three appointments. That’s almost unheard of! At other places, I’ve had to wait an hour or two past my appointment time, so this was a very welcome change. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for efficient, respectful, and compassionate care.

I booked an appointment for my dad at 4:00 PM. We arrived early — at 3:52 PM — after driving for a whole hour to get to the clinic. Despite that, we were refused service, and the receptionist spoke to us rudely and disrespectfully. We were on time, yet no effort was made to help us. Instead, we were met with complete indifference. It was a very upsetting experience, especially when it involves the health of an elderly person. After this, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Extremely poor service.
I had a very positive experience at your location this past week. Reception was friendly and efficient. I was barely seated and was called in for my appointment right away by Shani. She was kind, caring and professional throughout the process which made it such a pleasant surprise. She is a wonderful asset to your team!
