I had such a positive experience at this medical clinic. Dr. Armaghan is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely takes the time to understand your concerns. The staff were friendly and organized, and the whole visit felt smooth and stress-free. I left feeling supported and confident in my care. Highly recommend Dr. Armaghan and the entire team!
This doctor Dr. Beshay laughed as he said he could not take me as a patient claiming I had too high an expectation. I am a cancer survivor and he smiled and mocked me as he said he wouldn’t help me. Receptionists was very nice. Other than that they don’t practice medicine here.
I’ve been visiting this clinic for about three years. I used to see other doctors before, but recently Dr. Nazil Armaghan has become my doctor. She is very kind, attentive, and professional. The staff and receptionists are also always friendly, patient, and respectful. I’m very happy with the services here.
I find it incredibly unprofessional about how your clinic is responding to some comments about a poor experience. Unless you are the patient or the physician who remembers these patients, how are you going to call them a "liar" and "shame" them? My personal opinion, you searched their patient demographic and actually broke privacy laws to call them a liar. Now, my experience? The physicians are wonderful. I have seen 2 of the doctors that were available for walk in at the time. I haven't seen the third. The DOCTORS are wonderful. A couple of the admin staff are wonderful ladies. But, there are a few that are incredibly snotty and don't listen to anything you are trying to have them understand. Very dismissive and the gentleman, who I presume isn't a doctor, is always pulling these ladies away for whatever the reason may be. A couple of the times I've been there, he has come out and been so rude to the front staff. It overall seems like a very uncomfortable environment. I was in within the past two weeks (I won't state when since the breach of privacy is very apparent), and these ladies were discussing work place drama while many of us were waiting. Referencing other staff and who I presume is the office manager. The doctors aren't what push people away all the time. Sometimes, it's the staff. Not everyone has the same experiences, but that doesn't mean the bad experiences are a "lie". The gentleman who seems to have no respect for his staff, which is probably why some are so miserable, is why I will not be returning. The wait times on the phones are justified as I myself have seen them ignoring the phones but have their cellphones in hand. After seeing how they respond here, it explains more than enough. Do better, our community struggles enough finding doctors who actually care.
I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the care I received from a physician at a walk-in clinic. The doctor in question, identified by her white lab coat and Southlake Hospital badge, demonstrated what I believe to be a significant lack of knowledge and professionalism during my visit. I was seen for an inflamed rash and was given a diagnosis that was later contradicted by a second opinion from another physician, who was visibly concerned by the initial assessment I received. Furthermore, I was prescribed a topical cream that, upon further review, is not recommended for use during pregnancy — a fact that raises serious concerns about negligence. Additionally, I perceived the doctor’s conduct to be dismissive and, unfortunately, biased, which made the interaction even more distressing. I understand that not all healthcare professionals offer the same level of care, but I believe this experience reflects poorly not only on the individual doctor, but also on the clinic as a whole. I urge the appropriate oversight body to review this matter to ensure patient safety and proper conduct are upheld.
Good evening, I would like to know if new patients are being accepted and if they are receiving patients as refugees and if it would have any cost, thank you.
Recently went to the clinic and was treated by Dr. Salehy for a rash. She misdiagnosed me and prescribed me the wrong medications that were not needed and made my symptoms worse and caused other severe side effects. I went to see a specialist who told me that she prescribed me very dangerous medications that were not needed and that I had eczema. He prescribed me a cream and the rash went away after a few days. Do not waste your time seeing her she is not qualified and the negative reviews on here speak for themselves. I wouldn't recommend Dr.Salehy to anyone who needs real answers and a proper care.
