I am so incredibly grateful that I found this massage clinic, it has truly been life changing for me. I’ve been going for weekly massages for more than a year now and this review is long overdue. I was seeking out massage therapy for treatment of chronic neck pain secondary to a herniated c-spine disc. I had had so many disappointing (and overpriced) massages at other clinics/spas in the past that I had almost given up on massage entirely, but this clinic has been a game changer! I’ve had massages with several of the non-RMT therapists there, and I’ve never before had such a satisfying experience. They are exceptional at true deep tissue work, and always can sense my most tense areas that need attention. It has become the highlight of my week, I can feel all of the tension leaving my body just as I walk through the door! Thank you to April, Kelly, Kylie, Jean, Frank and all of the staff, your services have made a tremendous difference in my life!
I used to come here all the time but this time I went there to get a massage and cupping. The gentleman named Frank ended up first messing up my ankle but later when he started the cupping, he left the room with two cups too close to my spine which was causing discomfort so I started calling for him. 5-10 minutes go but and the pain intensified. I started screaming so someone comes to help me. The receptionist ended up coming and taking them off. Fra k thought i was a good idea to good and deal with some personal business without keeping an eye on his client.This whole experience sucked but what was worst was how they were telling me that I'm wrong about what I was feeling. As if I was lying about my discomfort. Telling me that I don't like cupping. Now my back feels worst than when i got there. Very disappointing experience after being a client for multiple years. Will never go back and recommend you reconsider going here
I have been here many times over the past two years and have really enjoyed my massages and acupuncture with Frank. It is lovely inside, very clean and bright. Frank is extremely professional. He is knowledgeable about diet and overall body function. I struggled with IBS for over a year and he cured me with acupuncture and herbs. He went out of his way to pick up herbs for me in Markham and a moxibustion device. I am learning so much about TCM from him. I consider Frank and Jane dear friends and highly recommend their services! Another place I went to charged $135 per 1 hr session of acupuncture and Frank charges $70. You can do the math. Frank is far more knowledgeable about TCM and I get more bang for my buck. Well worth the trip!???
Great quality that is so central to our community. Really glad that a quality location is now in Newmarket. My wife and I have been several times already and they have provided excellent service. They can even provide the extra documentation if you get any questions from the insurance company to make it easy to make your claim coverage. They have a nice variety of service too.
