Excellent service!! We were down for medical reasons and stayed there. They were very accommodating. We asked at check in to be switched to a Different room to be more accessible for after surgery and it was no problem!! They even offered to .put us back in our original room if we wanted!! Great service!!
A beautiful place to stay and very affordable. The staff at this hotel are friendly and very helpful. The food in the on site restaurant was really good. Would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.
Best location in NewMarket and wonderful hotel for cleanliness, comfort and convenience. The staff were amazing. Friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely return to this hotel again and again. The restaurant although owned separately was fabulous. Didn't use the pool as it is in another location but will do so next time.
This was one of the best experiences we have had on a hotel. Although not new, it is nicely remodeled and well equipped. Very clean and staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Tried the restaurant on the premises as it was listed on the list of top 15 in Canada and it did not disappoint. Prices in restaurant were extremely reasonable, which was surprising for a hotel restaurant. Location is unbeatable as it is right across the street from what I have always considered the best shopping mall in Ontario. The staff actually went out and placed a parking cone by our door during the evening as they knew that we had debated taking a taxi to our event as we were stressed about finding a spot upon our late return. A bride a groom also had a parking cone at their door. Service does not get any better than this place offers. Our new favourite spot in Newmarket!
A very pleasant hotel to stay at. Rooms are well equipped with a good sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Restaurant staff are helpful and service attention is exceptional.
