Ive used Gamble Lock several times for everything from cutting a second house key to re-keying the entire house.Every time the service has been second to none. The in store staff were knowledgeable and the onsite techs were polite and went out of their way to accommodate our young daughter and pets.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, cost effective and friendly service.
I went in to Gamble (Newmarket) today for locks for my new house. The showroom has many options-I had no idea! Steven was knowledgeable and friendly. Very professional. I not only have a new lock and door handle but a nighttime safety lock, and sliding door locks. Steven helped me find everything I was looking for.
Stopped in last week with a vintage Weslock that needed a key. The two young gentleman explained that there was nothing they could do. The manufacture was out of business. The only alternative was to purchase a new one. Just for the heck of it I stopped in at Lovett in Alliston. They rekeyed it in 15 minutes for $15. I'm not sure what Gambles motive was. Trying to push product or lack of knowledge. You be the judge.
