I haven’t purchased from this store yet, but I was so impressed with their customer service that I had to give them 5 stars for it. The store has some beautiful and unique light fixtures. The lady with brunette curly hair was so lovely and helpful that it made me want to come back. She made my experience excellent. I didn’t find what I was looking for this time but I will definitely keep them in mind for the future projects.
Worst customer service ever! We walked into a girl at the front desk on her phone texting (this was the case for the duration of our visit). There were a total of 2 staff working and neither one greeted/welcomed us or asked if we could be helped. The store was empty the entire time. A Caucasian lady walks in and she was greeted and asked how she could be helped. Get your act together Living Lighting!
Great selection, wonderful staff, beautiful store! I will always shop and recommend this location to my friends and family. Also a great stop for gifts and home decor.. so many unique finds!

I went in to buy new lights for the sale of my house and they were fantastic. I had 2 small children with me and they were happy to assist even helped keep my children occupied while i picked out my fixtures. The young man loaded all of my boxes into my car when we were finished. I had to order in a few things that they did not have in stock. I promptly received a call when my items arrived at the store for me to pick up. Wonderful store would highly recommend !!!
Lazy uninformed staff two years in a row I have gone to this location each time has been a struggle of me asking questions, them giving half assed answers or to lazy to find out the answer. They say they have stock but don't take the time to double check! so when I come back to purchase they don't have stock. Then I say can I order: staff response are you sure it's going to take a while? Me yes I like it I want that fixture. Ok sir we can order it. Can you ship to other living lighting locations since I shop at multiple locations? Staff, no sir we can't do that. Me: are you sure? Staff no not sure. Me: can you find out? I'm busy....Actually your not! Just lazy!
