Fantastic place if you are looking for a snowblower. Terry was super knowledgeable and directed us to the perfect one that suited our needs. His recommendation on the snowblower and gas got us through some historic snow events over the last 4 years and the gas kept the machine stress free as he said it would. A couple of years ago we also got amazing and timely service on another matter (unfortunately didn't catch the person's name). Overall an amazing group of guys. Definitely check them out!
I wondered why the customer service can be so terrible at this store, so I checked out the online reviews. It turns out the poor organizational behaviour starts with the owner, as demonstrated by their overly defensive responses to customer complaints and poor reviews. Tip: when you screw up, don't publicly (or...at all) attack your customers or make excuses. Acknowledge your error, apologize and move on.
Staff was very rude with my wife. Upgraded her to a 250chainsaw from a 170. We couldn't start it, it kept flooding (made in China) she said something was wrong and they called her darling and that she didn't know how to start one, kept belittling her by showing how to do it. I'll drive to Bradford next time

Was considering Honda gas lawnmower: HRN or HRX. The store had both models on the floor! Ultimately waked away with an electric Stihl. It's nice to be able to try and ask questions before buying. Much better than going to big box stores.
Different. The culture of the company is friendly and professional. I have talked to Brian and Tim. One is sales, the other tech specialist. Both very patient., knowledgeable. Give good advice and service. Highly recommended.
Bought a brand new Honda Lawn Mower, used it for the first time and the engine was making lots of noise. Brought to it the shop and was told it was the spring problem, was able to get it fixed. Used it for the second time and engine was making noise again. Took it to the dealership and it was fuel problem. I talked to the owner Ken Preston, and wanted some reassurance that should something happens again with machine, I would require a new machine. He refused to fulfil the request and told me that no one else will fix my six hundred dollars machine for free, and I should be appreciated for the fact that he provided the service. Meanwhile this machine was brand new and experienced two different problems still under warranty. I had to google Honda Customer Care Team as he refused to provide me with it and even his own business card. The explanation was he ran out of ink. I would caution anyone who wants to buy any equipment from this shop, the attitude from the time I purchased this machine and the time I went in to fix my machine is night and day.
