Very reliable wash and fold service, they do pick up and drop off from my front door, they make life with two kids a lot easier.
Horrible first experience. I came here for the first time... Actually, I'm still in the laundromat and the dryer ate my quarter. I called customer service or the number associated with the store and explained it to the lady that the machine charged me for 20 mins but only gave me 15 mins. She told me to try some options but the money never came out. So she told me she will come by and give me the money in 15 mins. I see a lady walk in 15 mins after, I guessed it was her but she never approached me so I thought maybe not. After 30 mins of waiting, I call again saying I'm waiting and then she says she's stuck somewhere and won't be here in another 10 mins and says she might not even show up. It was an utter disrespect to me as a person. And she made it seems likes about the money. No, SOAP BOX it is not about the money .You could have said you won't be coming instead of blatantly lying. And I can bet on my life that it was the owner, NATALIE BEAUBIEN, who walked in and left, thinking this lady does not matter .The way you treat your customers speak volumes about your personality and character. I hope the quarter makes a significant difference in your life .
Its dirty. The older machines smell. That smell is musty which is mold. This place needs a big scrub.Also no air conditioning. Its 28 degrees outside and feels cold when you walk outside because with the dryers going. Its super sweaty. The woman who owns this and does all the aid laundry service was sweating like crazy but wont turn on th a/c for some reason.
