Lia is the most professional and comfortable laser technician. She provides the best quality service at an affordable cost. Her laser removal machine is proven to provide results. I went from shaving multiple times a week, to less then once a month. I have never felt more comfortable with something especially in the intimate areas. She is so clean and always making sure you have everything you need, she asks you during the treatment if you need to raise or lower the laser. She also sells ISclincal skin care line which helped releave my mask-ne from always wearing a mask. Just a full service all around great experience. Highly recommend!

Get ready, she’s a long one! About 8 years ago, I had booked an appointment at a beauty clinic to have laser hair removal done on my legs and bikini area. I was nervous as I had never done any kind of “professional” hair removal before, I had only been shaving and I really wanted to try laser hair removal as my hair is thick and very irritating. Shaving only got me so far before I had to touch up and risk more skin irritation and ingrown hairs. I showed up to my appointment, and the clinic was cold and not as friendly as I imagined. The technician they set me up with was brief and not very welcoming either. I went through the appointment (which was quite painful) and as I was leaving she told me they already booked my next appointment for me, before I could say if I wanted one or not. The service was quite expensive as well. A few days later, I woke up and my legs were really irritated and I noticed I had huge burns all down my legs and bikini area!! I was horrified! I called the clinic and told them what happened and asked to speak to the technician that did this, and they told me she had left and wouldn’t be returning and there was no way to contact her. They said they could not give me my money back and didn’t offer any suggestion or sympathy as to how this could have happened. So after that experience, I was quite literally “scarred” and told myself I would never try laser again. Now, fast forward to last year. I met Lia at the Canadian Bridal Show Jan 2020, and I am not going to lie, I saw her booth and I did the whole “look the other way, please don’t talk to me”, another laser hair removal service that is NOT for me. However she pulled me in and we talked for a bit. I told her my past experience and she was shocked. She knew right away what had happened and explained to me that there are two different kinds of laser techniques that are used and the one she uses is not at all like the one I had experienced. After our chat, she told me I could book a free appointment to test the laser and see if I was comfortable with everything. So I took her card and just kind of put it aside. A few weeks went by and I was hung up on it, could this really be better after all these years? It has to be, right?? I decided why not just go for a test, no commitment, just check it out. Well I have been seeing Lia at Bare Laser for almost a year now. We started brazilian treatments (a bold jump back in for me lol) just before Covid and the resulting lockdowns, and I honestly and sincerely cannot begin to tell you how thrilled I am with her and her work. She is so kind, always positive, and professional. Her clinic is clean, private, inviting and, comfortable. And MOST of all, the laser is what she said it was. No intense pain, no scarring, and INCREDIBLE results. Lia seriously made my 2020. Thank you SO much for being true and I am so happy we met.
