AMAZING!!! Clean space, the owner is incredible you can tell he really cares that golfers have a great experience. High quality simulator with great prices.
VERY cost effective practice facility. I have used 3 locations and they are all similar: clean, excellent equipment, consistent user experience. The only nit-picks that I have are I would like the tee hight to be adjustable and the rear camera sometimes does not work.
They didn’t send the opening code, I’ve checked my spam like they said to do. They won’t answer the phone after 6 calls. I booked a 15 min one to just get in and they didn’t even send a confirmation for that one. They straight up scammed me and won’t answer
Online log-in and booking OK from desk-top computer. Using mobile device another story. Managed entry to pat for booking and made successful entry was OK. From there, a total disaster! No assistance to access/navigate system. Tried several mobile messages, nothing worked. Left facility unimpressed. Would not recommend to anyone, other than the most I.T. savvy.
Love the facility. Clean. Private Rooms are nice. Easy to book. Joined as a member. Great location and good amount of courses to choose from. Need for improvement. Your sim software is way too forgiving. I'm a mid 90s golfer and I'm shooting 70 to 74 on most decent courses at Target. Your distances are wayyy too generous. I've played all the sims in the area and my drive is usually around 210 carry with a club head speed of low 90mph. Look at this pic 106mph?! If I could hit that in real like I'd probably throw my back out! Please fix this. The open bay area can get chaotic at times. It wouldn't take much to add a curtain between bays or a thin wall to give you a little more privacy.
Was originally impressed with the rate of $15 per hour for the open bays at this place, as that felt fair. I see they’ve jacked the rate up to $30 per hour now. No way is this place worth that. Open concept that can be very loud/distracting. The tech is no where near accurate either (I play on Trackman frequently so have something to compare to). There are other simulators in the area with better tech / better pricing. Based on the weekend booking sheet I’m not the only one that feels this way either.
Worst. Experience. Ever. Room was at least 100F, too hot to even finish playing. We had to leave early before we passed out. Called the help line: "We've had the problem since yesterday, it's the building's fault..." with no offer of discount, refund, not even a free water, nothing. Keep my $60, we will not be going back.
