customer service is just fine, quality and delivery of products and service is amazing. Weekend staff are the most hard working and have to deal with the most rude encounters, i’ve witnessed myself. Always a delight visting, and people be real don’t expect VIP service and come 10 mins before close.
I recently went to buy 2 icecream cones at the Upper Mall location. The young lady advised me she "wrapped" the cones so I can get it in a cup. The mall wasnt even going to close. It was 6pm. I told her no please I want it in a cone. She got upset, went inside and got the cones. When I showed her a birthday coupon on my phone to use, she got even more upset. She grabbed my phone without permission with her dirty ice cream hands to see the fine print I guess. She didn't say a word the whole time after. If Baskin Robbins didnt want to give birthday coupons they wouldn't. Plus shes not the owner to be upset. It was one of the worst experiences. Customer service thumbs down.
A great variety of delicious flavours. This location in specific was very helpful and took my order very quickly. The service here made my ice cream purchasing experience that much better.
