Amazing straight forward expert help on all my RC purchases. They only sell you what you are capable of at your hobby level. They have helped me out and troubleshot me out of every situation. I honestly really appreciate your help guys. Snowflakes may be offended by their straight up no nonsense answers. I like the straight truth rather than empty lies. Dan isn't able to speak with people without being ignorant. First time calling, pretty rude service so I'll go elsewhere with my car's and my planes. Maybe learn to joke with your customers. Additional remarks. I'd like to point out that I have no beef with the shop, just Dan. But it's nice to see his snarky attitude changes when a review is left about him. You weren't joking, you were being snotty. Doesn't matter to me, plenty of other shops around that will continue taking my money. Unfortunately, readers aren't able to hear the tone of your voice over the phone through here. You said it was to cold out, I made a joke and said it's 10 outside and I laughed. You said...that's nice, I'm inside (snotty tone). Reviews finished.
Small hobby shop that’s not very well organized, and run by shady characters. You ask them a question about special edition items, they lie to your face about distributors are now opening boxes at the warehouse level and not sending out sealed cases... then, miraculously, you somehow find one sitting on a shelf.
If you want to be treated rudely! This is the store. They just kept on trying to push low quality items on my son and I, as if they thought we didn't know what the difference was. Well sorry to say.. but my husband and I have been in the hobby for many many years and we do recognize garbage when we see it. Ladies.. do NOT take your kids here! Guys.. If your not in their clich, they won't even look at you.
