I had an amazing in-store experience thanks to Taylor. Her customer service truly stands out—she’s patient, friendly, and goes out of her way to make sure you find exactly what you’re looking for. She helped me identify characters and pick out the perfect Christmas gift for my boyfriend, and she made the whole process so easy. I always enjoy coming into the store when she’s working. Taylor is always in such a positive mood, incredibly helpful, and consistently professional. The rest of the team is great too, but Taylor’s customer service really makes the visit special. I had such a great experience at this store! Rachel and Paige were incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable. I was feeling a bit lost trying to pick out birthday gifts for my kids, who are huge manga fans - and I don’t know much about the characters myself. Rachel took the time to walk me through some great options and helped me choose the perfect ones. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to browse. Paige was also super friendly and made the whole visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back with my kids next time!
Was checking out this lovely shop and I have to say the staff were absolutely pleasant! The manager is also amazing and super nice you can tell she's good at what she does! Highly recommend this place!
This store really shouldn't have 'COMICS' in it's name. Practically no comics here except for a small shelf, and a limited selection on graphic novels. No comic book dump bins or rummage bins, and it seems this place caters almost exclusively to the anime and Funko crowd. Also, $34.99 for a printed t-shirt? Come on.
As someone who knows nothing about anime/comics but is married to someone with an extensive collection Conspiracy is my go to place for gifts The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and they won't judge you when you go in with a bunch of pictures of your loved ones collection, telling them you don't know anything about this stuff but need a gift. Trust them they'll find you something good!
