Sandy was very disrespectful and passive aggressive. She was unhappy with our blanket choices, which doesn’t affect her personally. Not good customer service and I felt very unwelcome.
My daughter and I came in to find material for a school project. Marianna made the experience pleasant and seamless (pun intended). She was amazing and deserves a raise! Highly recommend.
My favourite and goto store to get fabrics! Was in a pinch to acquire some houndstooth fabric with the exact size and colour from a Porsche sport classic interior for our track car door cards. I stated the exact measurements in inches with some extra hang and the staff was very kind with guiding me to how much material to get. Highly recommend!!
The employee I met was very kind and helping (sorry I forgot the name) and there are a lot of good, fabric choices. (I recommend you come here than the one in Markham)
I generally like Fabricland stores , My wife and I have shopped at these locations for many years and enjoyed it. Not here.. The Staff seem to have a very negative approach to customers. Not the way it's supposed to be, Didn't buy any thing , just left because of the negative experience. the Lady at the the door was friendly and charming . Management should look at this!!!

Big store, very friendly staff. Covid compliant. Lots to chose from and easy to find someone to help. Prices are a bit out of touch. Some stuff is on point other stuff is strangely high. I suggest shopping around before purchasing. I was able to purchase the identical item I was looking for about 60% less at another shop fairly close by.
