This place is a joke.No communication,promises things but does not follow thru.There is always an excuse .Advertises vintage audio repair but I think they have no clue.I brought 2 working vintage record players to them to repair the auto play feature,the rest worked.1 unit was for parts the other we wanted repaired.9 months later we picked them up ,still not repaired plus they kept numerous parts.We have tried many times to reach them but they do not respond.It cost us $200.00 for a deposit plus 9 months of wasted time.My advice would be to stay clear of this place.Save yourself a whole lot of aggravation.
I brought a Bose Wave Music System IV to Humphrey's Vintage Audio to be fixed, and when informed of the system still failing after the repair, they responded quickly. Rather than return it for further diagnosis, I expressed a preference to deliver the unit directly to Bose and immediately received a full refund. My experience was a pleasant reminder that one can still occasionally find fair and reasonable people.
In the day and age of ecological turmoil, it's refreshing to know there are people out there working hard to bring you these types of services. My experience with Dave and Humphrey's Vintage Audio was flawless. Not only was my equipment repaired, it was also picked up and dropped off, free of charge, in a timely manner. Their pricing is inline with industry standards and fair. Communication was easy and it was a joy to speak with Dave as well. I'm grateful for the excellent service and once again, thoroughly enjoying all the sound wave that fill my home. If you have something you've been meaning to get repaired or even curious it it is possible, call these guys. You won't be disappointed.

So incompetent, it's silly, don't waste your time and $$$$$ . Humphrey's Vintage Radio Audio and TV Service Dave is rude! They have no clue and don't back up their repairs! I will find a place in Toronto if need be.
Thanks to Dave my friend who is 87 year old can now enjoy himself with a new TV that Dave and his young helper pick up at the TV store ,bring to his appartement and took the old TV and install the new TV in no time and no fuzz with easy instruction . The service was excellent and very professional. They also went one step further before installing they clean the entire piece of furniture since my old friend could not reach any lower part of the furniture, that is what I call EXTRA TOUCH...thanks again to both of them for all the personal and professional services provided. If you need someone to really do a great job do not hesitate to call Dave.
Brought in my Thorens turntable which needed some capacitors replaced...Dropped it off with Dave ...waited a few weeks and picked it up !! Super fun to see all the gear in the shop , a great experience I highly recommend binging your vintage gear to Humphreys.
