I took my daughter to this location and the one at Tanger Outlet for ear piercings, and both times her ears became severely infected. It’s been almost two months, and she’s been in pain since day one. We initially thought it would improve as it healed, but it only got worse. Now, she’s in so much pain that I have to take her to the doctor for antibiotics. I even bought the more expensive earrings, hoping to avoid any issues, but that didn’t help. I wouldn’t recommend getting ear piercings here—go somewhere else.
Claire’s store at Upper Canada Mall I buy lots of sale items for my school students as rewards. The manager Daniela and her staff are very nice and help me a lot. I often shop here . Great service .
I visited here recently with my granddaughters for ear piercings, and Mary was very kind. Even when there was a malfunction during the procedure, she addressed the situation with grace and customer service professionalism. Thank-you Mary!
I really had a great experience with Frances tonight, she was really kind and understanding. I was kind of nervous for my piercing she walked me through it. I cannot imagine how she is ruuning the whole place by her self!! she is the best
This Claire’s manager helped me pick out jewelry and it was the wrong one for my rook piercing. It was non refundable but i hadn’t opened anything but it looked too small to fit in that piercing. The image on the package even showed that it was for tragus. I called and spoke to another employee who was so understanding and said yes that’s not good and won’t fit. She was so nice. The manager then spoke to me and was very rude with an attitude and kept saying “I already said it’s non refundable” I went back to exchange it and return all the other (refundable) stuff I bought because I was so turned off by her attitude and she still was barely giving me my money back. Long story short, she gave me a portion back but the attitude is customer service is not it. go anywhere else to buy jewelry.
For the first time in Canada, I have had the worst customer service experience and seen such a rude manager and sale person. I was at the store on the day 60 of my purchase to return it and get my refund. Apparently Their system didn't let them to do that so I had to comeback another day with two babies. One of the staff recognized us but the tall blond said we don't do it because it's past due. I explained her clearly and she didn't want to understand She tried to call her manager, told her I was yelling at her. Finally, I talked to her She was saying I "make it an exception this time!!! " It was like she was doing me a favor!!! I believe If it is your policy you don't have to argue with your customer. And the worst part she was threatening me to leave otherwise I call the security. I will never ever back to any Clair's store if they have this much attitude with their customer and will definitely tell the story to all my friends.
I went to get my third hole pierced and one girl wanted to feel my lobe. She said it was “too hard” due to Cartledge. I’ve previously had my third hole pierced but had let it close so I was looking to get it done again...I think she was just lazy and didn’t want to pierce my ear because when I felt my lobe afterwards there was no Cartledge...
