Very nice place, staff is friendly, courteous, and, very efficient, I barely had any waiting time. Appointment was great, the Assistant Mercy was very kind, and, Dr Dai was Super nice, and, Super knowledgeable! I highly recommend this place! :)
I have interacted 3 times with this group of people staff, doctor, dr Siddha, Veronika, and each time I had a very pleasant experience. The first was a consultation and it was both with the doctor Siddha and Veronika. The second was the red light face treatment to remove sun damaged pre cancerous skin and I can’t say it was pleasant or fun but the results were outstanding. 6 weeks later and a a follow up was required and I again saw the doctor who was professional and took the time to hear my concerns and quickly and professionally respond and put me at ease. I then went and saw Veronika who recommended the way I am to look after my skin. If I have a recurring issue in the future I will certainly go here again. It’s unfortunate that some people do not have great reviews and I respect that but I wonder sometimes if people are not easy going or are already stressed. The procedure I had was not a barrel of laughs but with my new face I couldn’t be happier. I’d give them a 20 out of 10 to help make up for the unhappy reviews, but that would be cheating. So it’s a very solid 10 for sure.
I came half hour early before my 2:30 pm appointment and this ended up being an hour and a half wait…. People who had appointment times after me were called into the rooms before me! This is a joke! At least they should be very straightforward about long wait times!
Receptionists don’t call you back, horrible communication on their part. Punctuality for appointments is even worse. Only seen for 2 minutes. Very dismissive, and while office is rude
Dr Siddha, delay caused my dad to now have cancer treatment because he did not act fast enough for the removal of my dads growth. Delays in removal cause the growth to grow to 5cm from April to July. Even after seeing him in office one week and getting him to come the next for another surgeon that said it was too large and now had to go to hospital for removal. Why could he not tell himself? . All the delays and waiting weeks for follow up, is not the way to treat the most vulnerable.
I walked out of my appointment I sat waiting for 45 mins past my scheduled appointment. Patients had been waiting for appointments that were scheduled an hour prior to mine. While waiting, 4 other patients with the same doctor (Siddha) and time slot also checked in. After waiting the 45 minutes I asked how behind my appointment would be only to be told I would be seeing a different dermatologist than booked with. When booking staff were incredibly rude and I figured it was just front end on a Friday and done with their week. After sitting there for an hour I realize this is how they run their practice and I am not interested in being seen by the dermatologist there.
I have seen Dr. Siddha twice in the past 6 months to get suspicious moles removed. Both my experiences were positive. His staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Siddha is a man of few words but he is he kind and I trust his advice.
