He provided excellent guidance and helped us choose the best option for the deck design and materials. Alex provided a tentative timeline and him and his helper Max showed up exactly on time, worked hard everyday and completed the job in a timely manner (despite rainy and snowy weather). He took the time to understand what I was looking for and put together a detailed quote almost immediately. More importantly, he took the time to walk me through the quote in depth. Compared with the many other quotes I received, I felt his prices were incredibly fair and transparent. As for the work itself, Alex (and Max) showed up early every day (rain or shine!). It was clear they took time to plan out their work properly, not cut corners and keep a very neat workspace. Alex also kept me updated on progress daily, and when I wanted to make modifications, patiently helped me plan and price them out. As for the work product itself, I am incredibly happy with my deck.
