Had an employee today pull me out of the line today to pay with card at a separate area. She practically runs away from me, can’t figure out the machine and starts giving me attitude like its my card that isn’t working. Then when I asked for a printed gift receipt, she exclaims “Huh!” making me so uncomfortable. The worst shopping experience of the Christmas season, hire people who have better people skills if they are going to work cash.
I’ve visited many Sephora but this one is by far the best I been to. The workers are so knowledgeable about the products and always go into detail on how to use the products the right way. I am especially impressed by the help I got from danica this week. She was so kind and helpful and I’m glad she asked me if I needed any assistance. She is the quickest person to match my foundation and was extremely gentle. She made the entire shopping experience with her one to remember. I can tell she is usually this amazing because 2 people walked in said they were looking for her and will wait until she was finished with me. I will be recommending her and this Sephora to every beauty lover I know.
Happened to be visiting another store in Hillcrest Mall. Popped in quick to grab a lipstick. Wonderful, friendly staff who were very welcoming. Prefer this store to my usual at Upper Canada Mall.

Like this Sephora location. Excellent customer service and everything is in stock, especially the July birthday gift Dior perfume pack is in stock since most of the places are out of stock for this item.
