Estate Renovations replaced all the windows in our house over 20 years ago (still working great), and our front door (not as old), so when it came time to replace our eaves and fascia recently, we called Estate. As expected they did excellent work and follow up care. It is a pleasure to deal with a local family owned company who commit to quality and customer service.

I will not go to this place anymore and advise you not to do so either. There are other options in the neighborhood. Try those out. I went to this place for wallpaper, chose a reasonably-priced one that we liked, and after doing some measurements they said I only needed one double roll. We waited around 10 days for the wallpaper to be shipped, and that's when we realized that it would cover only half of the square footage. We spoke to them about this and it turned out that they miscalculated the number of rolls we needed. They said we could not return the wallpaper, and our only option was to pay the whole amount again for another double roll. Now I have to wait a few more days and pay for something that I wouldn't have gone with, if I knew it was gonna be that pricey. So inconvenient.
Very helpful and great customer service. When you ask questions they answer you and try to make you understand what they are doing. Always updating on progress and very reasonably priced. Great variety of colours for siding. Would definitely use them again
We had Estate come out to quote two doors for a new home we bought. When we called to book the quote the sales guy (Annesley) mentioned they had been here a year ago and installed all the aluminum work (soffit, eaves etc.). Annesley came to quote the doors Feb 3, and we pointed out multiple places where the eaves and soffit were leaking. He assured us he had noted the leaks and would follow up with Kevin, the owner. He promptly sent the quote the following day, yet no mention of the follow up for the eaves etc. A week later I followed up and also asked for a few different options for our doors as I had multiple companies coming to quote and wanted to compare apples to apples with different options that another company had walked me through. Annesley replied that he had noted the leaking eaves but had not had an opportunity to speak to Kevin. He also said if we were shopping price we would always find cheaper (not once did I mention price, just looking to compare quotes on the same size doors etc) and he said that “everything we install comes with our unconditional lifetime workmanship warranty!” Again I asked for him to let us know when he had a chance to discuss the poor workmanship on the aluminum here with Kevin, he replied that he would come take a closer look. That was February 11th and I have yet to hear anything from the company. I sent another follow up email February 24th asking if he had come by to look and I’m still waiting for a response. As a prospective customer, to say I’m disappointed with the lack of communication would be an understatement. I question why I would spend $7000 for doors with a company that proudly claims they have an unconditional lifetime workmanship warranty, yet when the issue of their work done a year prior arises they evade my emails and brush me off. There has not even been follow up on the quote for doors. I suppose business is so good they don’t need to care about the quality of work completed a year ago or lack of communication and service for a prospective customer.
I see all the reviews and see a common problem. I also noticed front desk being so blah and rushing you. Customer service is brutal and need to work in that department.
