I'm writing this review on my 7 months experience. It's a friendly environment and the attitude of every one is good. 1) There r 2 ladies working there. One is running the office & the other one is dealing with clients. I had 10 miss sessions that was confirmed with one of the ladies (after telling them that I can't go back for own reasons). After following up with them again to book my days, the second lady told me there's only 2 miss days!!! 2) The place is not clean or sanitize the doctor doesn't wear gloves. He touches everyone's shoes and then touches their necks and bodies. He goes on and on to all the clients like that as I saw it so many times. 3)There are lots of other issues that I don't want to mention them. I'm not writing this to insult anyone, only want to share my experience with the new ppl that want to go to this clinic.
I've been seeing Dr. Josh since 2014 as he has helped me overcome back/neck issues from getting rear-ended (twice) and most recently my acute neck and shoulder pain. He's been a source of relief and genuinely cares about all of his patients. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anyone with reoccurring pain. His staff are friendly and professional. A breath of fresh air!

Crossroads Chiropractic Clinic has a very positive and friendly atmosphere. I have been going for adjustments for over a year and when I first started I could not sleep without taking anti inflammatory medication at night for my severe neck pain due to Osteoarthritis. As I saw in X-rays my neck was in a very bad state. After seeing Dr. Josh and following a 20 minute exercise program at home regularly, I no longer take medication to sleep at night for my neck pain, my pain has reduced tremendously and I have fewer head aches. I am very grateful to Dr. Josh and his staff as my quality of life has improved very much.
