I visited the store to find a jacket for my daughter, and the staff member, Jennifer, provided exceptional service. She went above and beyond to assist us, even calling another branch to check if they had the size we needed since it wasn’t available at this location. Her helpfulness made the experience truly enjoyable!
I arrived at the 'Carter's OshKosh' Store in East Gwillimbury about 30 minutes before closing, on Saturday, May 11th (2024). My niece had just announced that she, her husband and 3 year old daughter, were expecting a boy in August. I asked Jennifer, a sales associate, for help. I just wanted to get some baby boy 'onesies'! Jennifer is friendly, smiling, energetic, and well-versed with the Store Inventory. Jennifer is patient and VERY helpful! We found 2 little 'outfits' AND I left the Store, well pleased! Thanks, Jenn.
Had a very bad experience with senior staff there today.exchange is very hard to do and I told everything about my part and they told me to come there for the exchange . I travelled all the way from Scarborough to Newmarket to get the item which is available in there only for the exchange. And I didn’t get the item, at the same time the way they treated us was really bad . Also I want to mention the store manager there. Nobody was not ready to hear us .all of them want to do the billing for the customers ..no one want to help or hear us Very disappointing ..they don’t want to help the customers only looking for their sale Only had bad experience with this Carter’s only , Newmarket location ..so it always there in our mind..also this incident made very bad feeling inside and spoiled my one day So please buy things carefully..if we go for exchange, the way they treating us is very different. Great place ✨Mahnaz is so welcoming and dedicated sales person. She was very energetic and polite and helped us to find right products. Great location with lots of options. They have a change room for kids however I haven’t used it as my guy is only 8 months old so far. More options for girls than boys but that’s normal. Staff are very nice and helpful. Definitely coming back here all the time.
Standing outside in the wonders wind and cold with a baby and the doors are still closed.... It's 10 am opening hours. I have knocked on the door and no one was come to open up. I'm not impressed. May feel differently if it were summer ....
