I would like to give Dr. Tristan Nuri a 5 star for going an extra step and assuring that all tests are ordered and reviewed in order to find out what is causing fluids around my heart. I feel iI am in good hands and trust he will follow my case in the future to make sure nothing is missed. Thank you also to his staff who were always professional and provided good customer service
They do not use any disposable bed sheets for patients in the Holter room. Everyone is lying on the same bed, same surface and bed is not sanitized after a patient leaves. I think we pay enough money to get a standard hygiene, but Administration is not providing the standart service in terms of hygiene.
They did seem knowledgeable & took me even though I was late for my appointment but just like any other place, it seems like unless you’re on the verge of death, they won’t do anything even though tests & other doctors have indicated that their are issues that need to be addressed. They don’t seem to care about prevention or issues unless it’s a near death situation or severity. From now on, I’m no longer saying anything about any health issues, even if I suffer a heart attack because places like this one just won’t do anything. It’s very frustrating
Very very POOR Customer Service. I think this situation is most likely the result of an extremely inefficient, arrogant Nurse Practitioner. I have been a patient for over 7 years and requested prescription refills over a week ago. I have been taking these meds for over 20 years, so there is nothing new here. I have finally had to request the Heart Specialist to call me.
The staff is amazing, professional, and keeps you updated. It just makes the whole process seamless. A few years ago, my mother was referred to Dr. Nuri. It was refreshing to find a doctor who has a compassionate-centered care approach; he is kind, he talks to you, not at you! He doesn't rush you and explains things properly. You can trust him to take good care of you. I'm just relieved to have Dr. Nuri as my mother's cardiologist.
The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Every time I visit, they greet me with kindness and make me feel comfortable right away. Their friendly attitude creates such a positive atmosphere and helps ease any stress about appointments.
