I have used this Company since 2012. The remote starters have always been great. I like that they work over 200 yards away. I point the starter in the direction of my car at press the starter twice. I am in a mall with a bank between myself and my car! The warranty is lifetime and I have never had to use it, in the five vehicles we have bought it for. This company also deals in vehicle Stereos and Speakers.
I randomly stopped by because my current sub in my mustang stopped working, they had a Quick Look and they found a loose connection. They are very honest and friendly and had it fixed right away for me and were fair with their pricing as well. Highly recommend them!! Thanks again!
This company works with smart start canada yet won’t answer any questions about reports being sent to smart start or why we/they did not received them yet I receive a invoice of payment via email. Last time I will ever go here. Plus they tell me I’m not welcome and need to contact smart start canada. Which I did and they tell me to find out why I never received my report. Very ignorant customer service I must add from the guy with blue glasses. He could have looked into why the reports were not sent to myself or smart start. Wish I recorded his tone he had with me and the ignorance response.
Great communication and customer service. They’re honest, hardworking people who I trust completely with my business. I can’t believe they were able to fix all the electrical problems in the car, even the radio that I thought was done for! I can’t wait to go back to get them to do some custom installation work!

Amazing guys, very knowledgeable. They won't try and sell you something you don't need. I gave them my budget and what I was looking to do for my 97 Chevrolet truck. I picked up a Kenwood KDC-x397 and some 6.5" JL door speakers from them a few years ago and they wired up a harness for the head unit on the spot. Thanks James and Chris, that truck is gone but I have another one that needs some new gear as well! See you in the near future.
