Melanie made our wedding cake and it was fantastic! Melanie was great to work with from the beginning, guiding us through the design process and was very flexible with design choices. She even purchased a new stencil to achieve the look we wanted for the bottom tier. She also sourced the florals for the cake, since we were doing artificial for the rest of our decor. We ordered chocolate cake with salted caramel filling and vanilla buttercream icing. The cake tasted amazing and we got so many compliments from our wedding guests on both the look and the flavour. Melanie is very professional and personable, and we would 100% order from her again!!
Amazing birthday cake by Melanie! Absolutely classy and beautiful cake. Cake itself was perfect. Dense and just the right balance of flavours... not overpowered with sweetness. Offered very good suggestions in terms of cake design and flavour combinations. Will def be a repeat customer!
Melanie is such a talented baker and decorator. I think that is a truly important distinction to make; not only do the things she makes look beautiful, they taste homemade. Her cakes are light and fluffy and her frosting is the perfect level of sweetness (it literally tastes like mom makes!) I am looking forward to using her services personally (not just professionally) in the near future!
