The staff members are very friendly. I am now a regular customer. It makes my say when they recognize me and their smiles seem to get brighter. Thank you for making my experience great.
I don't expect much from a corporate fast food chain, but this location has set a new low bar with their staff. They have no problem taking your money but not giving a refund when they can't actually give you what you paid for. They're also blatantly scamming the parent company.
The place is great for anyone who loves quick, kind and helpful service. I recommend the pulled beef, its soaked in a light gravy. I love the food, its tasty and fueling especially after workouts and the portions are perfection for a guy like me. Mohdi is such a great worker and always makes my visits #blessed
This location is terrible, ordered a pulled pork burrito the biggest size, there was barely any meat, not to mention what meat their was, was super undercooked (meat was pink) . Ended up throwing it out after 2 bites. Also the counter with all the toppings was an absolute disaster. Definitely won't come back to this location.
This is a delicious restaurant to eat at, but I don't recommend ordering Uber eats! Today is October 3rd 12:54 and I received my final order I will be placing. I ordered a couple times and really enjoyed the food but they always forgot utensils even if I would ask for utensils. About a month ago I phoned the restaurant and reminded them to include with my order that I had just placed on Uber. I was informed that I should put a note on my order to include knife and fork because they usually don't include that with utensils. So today I did exactly what they said I put a special note in my order that said please include a fork, and of course they ignored.... I'm done with the ordering from this restaurant, I placed six order since June and spent around $240
We ordered 2 steak burritos and very disappointed in the meat, the texture was not steak at all and extremely salty and meat portion size was very small for a large size burrito..
Cashier handled money then proceeded to make my burrito without changing gloves. Unacceptable during normal times, let alone during a pandemic. Counter was also a mess, won't be coming back.
