Vanessa was phenomenal! My prior piercing had closed when I lost my jewelry a year ago and I thought I had to do a new piercing which is costly. Vanessa took the time to explain I had other options. Since the piercing was already there, she was able to get the new jewelry in without having to charge me for a new piercing. You can clearly see that she cares about her clients. I am impressed by her honesty and professionalism. Will definitely come back for my next piercing!
Vanessa did the ear piercing for my 11 years old daughter just fabulously. She took the time to go through all the steps and explained everything to us making sure we understood everything before we even made a decision about piercing my daughter's ears. I have not yet had the opportunity to get pierced by Vanessa, however I did get the absolute pleasure of meeting her in a Dollarstore while she watched myself and another lady try to untangle baskets! Vanessa is a very funny, sweet, out going person! We talked about her passion and her journey to owning her own shop! She’s definitely one awesome woman, I can’t wait to go in and see her beautiful shop as-well as get a new piercing soon! As far as my first interaction outside of her shop, the vibes are immaculate
