Visited the store today after seeing their fall sale price online for a Specialized Diverge. They were very welcoming and Nigel was patient, helpful and low key. Overall just an amazing shopping experience and I highly recommend this store.
I bought a wahoo bike computer and then never used it for 6 months while recovering from an injury. When I finally got back on the bike the computer didn’t work. Bike sports was super helpful and friendly while updating my computer so it would work.
Amazing experience Gentleman working there knows everything about the bike and so professional and patient. I will definitely recommend this shop to all my friend
I believe a bike mechanic named Augustin helped me out with a very odd issue I was having. He was very knowledgeable as well as the older worker who was there and we figured out the problem and didn’t charge me for it. Amazing shop.
I originally visited the shop not to buy, but to get advice on a used Specialized Roubaix I was considering purchasing through Marketplace. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed, and Nigel went above and beyond—spending a huge amount of time walking me through what to look for in a used bike. He gave me incredibly helpful insights, including how to assess the bike’s condition, what to negotiate on price-wise, and what to watch out for—all without any pressure to buy anything from the shop. What truly sets BikeSports apart is their passion for two things: bikes and helping people who want to learn about them. There was no sales pitch—just genuine enthusiasm and expert advice. That moment I knew: this is my go-to bike shop. Fast forward a bit—I bought the bike and brought it to BikeSports for a full check-up and fitting. The team did a fantastic job inspecting every component, fixing all the issues, and essentially transforming it into a brand-new ride. Nigel even invited me back for a full bike fitting session. He spent over two hours with me, carefully adjusting the seat, handlebars, and other components inch by inch to tailor the bike to my body and riding goals. That level of dedication is rare. What makes BikeSports so special is their genuine care for customers. They’re not just trying to sell you something—they’re there to help, educate, and make sure you ride away confident and comfortable. I’ve learned more about cycling from this one visit than from anywhere else. Incredible team, welcoming atmosphere, top-notch service. Highly recommend—BikeSports has definitely earned my loyalty for years to come.
My boyfriend and I rented two bikes for two hours. They were so welcoming and explained everything thoroughly. They were even kind enough to explain to us where to go to get on the trail nearby. Definitly recommend renting bikes from them if you’re ever in town for a mini staycation!
Brought my Topstone6 in for new tires and tuneup. The team recommended upgrading to 40 mm pathfinder pros and balancing my rear wheel. They also lubed the crank and the bike handles so confidently on gravel and tarmac. Better than new. Thanks!
