The bulgogi roll is delicious and actually a lot food. I was craving kimbap on the day and cannot find any in Aurora/Newmarket area until I found this store. The roll turned out surprisingly good!
When I walked in, the gentleman running the cash was assisting an elderly woman ordering for herself and her husband. The staff was so incredibly patient, listened closely and offered suggestions. He checked on them numerous times as they were eating and was very kind and courteous. Aside from the fantastic customer service, the food is incredible. I ordered the chicken ramen and it was very, very good. Im from out of town and researched where to eat all day, I’m very confident On the Rice was the right decision. Highly recommend!
I went there today and ordered a Smoked Salmon roll. However, the rolls were too big and filled with sauce, so I couldn't finish it there and I had to stop eating. I also ordered Edamame beans for takeout and found them a bit expensive at $9. The staff were nice and service was good.
